A contract version of the TOS will be sent after the order is approved.GENERAL
• Please credit me as koenn (@ko_oenn)
• I have the right to refuse any commission request.
• An email is required for invoicing and sending final files.
• I have the right to draw personal art in between commissions.
• I am not responsible if the client has failed to read and adhere to the Terms of Service.PAYMENT
• All payments are made in USD.
• For orders above $150, payment must be paid 50% before the commission is started. Otherwise, it must be paid in full.
• Refunds will NOT be given after a piece is completed.
USAGE
• Unless discussed otherwise, I, the artist, am allowed to post the completed work to social media pages, future websites and portfolios, and more.
• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit.
• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
• You may NOT profit off the work in any way unless a commercial license has been purchased.
• DO NOT feed my art into AI generators or use it for anything related to AI.

REVISIONS
• You are allowed a maximum of 3 changes during the initial sketch phase, and 3 during the lineart and flats phase. After shading is complete, no changes will be made.
• If your reference is unclear to start with, extra changes will cost extra.
• These changes cannot lead to backtracking already approved steps, especially after all free changes have been used.PROCESS & DELIVERY
• The amount of time it will take me to finish a commission varies from a few days to a month, depending on the complexity of the commission. I ask that you please be patient as I have a life outside of art.
• I will communicate with you as frequently as possible. Initial sketches will be sent, as well as lined, flat colored, and fully rendered pieces throughout the process.
• Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full resolution image via the email provided. No physical product will be delivered.CANCELLATIONS
• Please let me know if you would like to cancel your commission for any reason. I will take no offense. However, you must let me know before payment is made.
